Welcome to Rizarv. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rizarv.com and its corresponding customer and partner mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Rizarv Technologies Private Limited ("Rizarv", "we", "us", or "our").

1. About the Platform

Rizarv operates as a technology aggregator providing booking services. We list independent beauty salons, hair studios, styling experts, and wellness spas ("Service Providers" or "Partners") on our Platform to facilitate reservation bookings. Rizarv is not a service provider itself and does not employ the beauticians or own the salon studios. The contract for service delivery is directly between the Customer and the Partner.

2. User Account Registration & Safety

To schedule appointments, purchase VIP passes, or credit your digital wallet, you must register a user account. You agree that:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete details (name and phone number).
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including security codes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or engage in abusive booking patterns.

3. Appointments, Bookings, and Pricing

All reservations placed via the Platform are subject to the availability of the Partner salon. Prices shown on the Platform include all service charges.

• Service Fees: The prices listed are set directly by our Partner salons. Any additional in-person services requested during the appointment will be charged separately at the salon's standard rate.
• Taxes and GST: Rizarv will collect and display GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per applicable Indian tax brackets (typically 18% for platform services, and salon tax liabilities depend on the registered state of the Partner salon).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We value the time of our stylists and salon partners. The following cancellation guidelines apply to all bookings made through the Rizarv Platform:

1. Standard Cancellation: Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments directly through the mobile application. No charges apply if cancellations are completed at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot.
2. Late Cancellations: If an appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of the slot, the salon reserves the right to charge a late-cancellation fee up to 50% of the total booking value.
3. No-Shows: If a customer fails to show up at the salon within 30 minutes of their confirmed slot, the appointment will be marked as a "No-Show" and the service provider is not obligated to honor the slot. Continued no-shows will restrict account booking capabilities.
4. Refunds: Refund amounts for prepaid bookings will be credited back to the customer's original payment source (bank account/UPI via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days, or instantly to the Rizarv Wallet depending on customer choice.

5. Digital Wallet, Loyalty Program, and VIP Passes

Rizarv offers loyalty incentives and digital wallets to enhance the booking experience:

• Rizarv Wallet: You can load money into your virtual wallet to make quick bookings. Top-up limits are governed by payment gateway policies. Wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used to book services on Rizarv.
• Loyalty Points: Earned upon successful completion of bookings. Every point holds a cash equivalent (e.g., 1 point = ₹0.25). Points can be redeemed at checkout (capped at a maximum of 30% of the cart total per transaction).
• VIP Passes: Subscriptions that provide discounts at specific salons. VIP passes are billed monthly, recurring via payment gateways, and are non-refundable after purchase. They can be cancelled at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Rizarv is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, skin allergies, side effects, poor service quality, or general dissatisfaction arising from treatments received at partner salons. The partner salons are independent contractors and are solely responsible for maintaining quality of service, sanitation protocols, and safety regulations. You agree to indemnify Rizarv against any third-party claims, lawsuits, or demands arising out of your booking or visit to partner salons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, illustrations, design systems, algorithms, source code, logos, and UI patterns on the Rizarv website and mobile applications are the exclusive intellectual property of Rizarv Technologies Private Limited and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
